Kia Auto : Kia India has announced that the new Carnival has marked six months waiting period. The new Kia Carnival MPV was launched in India last year. The car has received over 50,000 bookings so far. The demand for the MPV car is quite high in India.
New Facelifted Kia Carnival
The new Carnival is Kia’s most premium and most expensive car in India. Despite its high price tag, the new Carnival is enjoying huge demand in India because of the comfort, space, and features it offers. Buyers who had booked the car last year will now receive deliver in May or June. The new Carnival comes in a single variant. The MPV will be locally assembled in India. Kia aims to produce over 500 units of the Carnival every month at their plant in Ananthapur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

New Facelifted Kia Carnival Price
Kia India has said that they received over 5000 bookings for the new Carnival on its launch day and as of now they have received over 50,000 bookings for the car. Kia India is aiming to deliver over 500 units of the new Carnival in the next two months.
Kia India has also announced that the prices of the new Kia Carnival and all of its cars will go up by up to 2% from February 2025.
The new Kia Carnival was launched at a price point of Rs 63.9 lakh, ex-showroom.
The car is now priced at Rs 77 lakh, on-road price in Mumbai.
Exterior, Interior Design And Features Of The New Facelifted Kia Carnival
The new Kia Carnival gets a single diesel variant in two exterior paint options, black and white. Kia is planning to introduce red exterior paint options too. The luxury MPV gets seven seats option (2 + 2 + 3 seating configuration). It is power driver with second row captain seats that comes with cooling, heating, ventilation, massive leg space, and massage function.
The new Kia Carnival gets 12-way powered driver seats, an 11-inch heads up display, dual electric sunroofs, three zone climate control, a 12 speaker Bose sound system, dual 12.3-inch curved displays, 360-degree camera, wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, and several more features. The Carnival gets Level 2 ADAS suit with over 23 autonomous features such as electronic stability, stability assist, hill hold control, hill hold assist, trailer, front and rear disc brakes, and eight airbags.
The new Carnival is 3,090mm in long wheelbase and measures 5,155mm in length, 1,995mm in width, and 1,775mm in height with roof rails. The luxury MPV is powered by a 2151 cc engine joined with an 8-speed gearbox and automatic transmission.
The new Kia Carnival does not enjoy any competition in the Indian market as of now. At Rs 77 lakh, on-road price, the Carnival is an excellent car for buyers who are looking to buy a luxury MPV car. The Toyota Vellfire is another luxury MPV car but it is priced at Rs 1.50 crores, on-road price.
Following the launch of the new Carnival, Kia India has also launched a new compact SUV called the Kia Syros. Kia Syros has also received amazing response from buyers. Kia India will now launch the facelifted Kia Seltos by the end of 2025. The new Kia Seltos has arrived in India and is going through some tests and test drive.
